Kenny Chesney’s Trip Around the Sun tour ranks among the top 2018 tours in the nation!
According to Pollstar’s annual Top 100 North American Tours list, Kenny’s massive undertaking is the only country tour in the Top 10, ranking fourth. It took in a massive $114.4 million and sold almost 1.3 million tickets.
The Trip Around the Sun tour also ranked number-11 on the Top 100 Worldwide Tours list.
Alabama have lined up a 50th anniversary tour for 2019.
They’ll kick things off on January 10th in Detroit and play on-and-off throughout the first half of the year. So far, their final date is slated for September 14th in Illinois. Openers at various dates will include Chris Janson, Tracy Lawrence, Restless Heart, Exile, The Charlie Daniels Band, The Marshall Tucker Band and The Oak Ridge Boys.
