Gabby Barrett’s debut single, “I Hope,” has made history. It is the longest-running number-one song by a solo female artist in the history of Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. The song has been at the top for 20 weeks.
Gabby also is the only country artist included in Rolling Stone’s 10 Biggest Breakthrough Artists of 2020.
Kacey Musgraves has been cast in the voice-over role of Earwig’s mother in the animated movie Earwig and the Witch. Kacey shared the big news on Twitter, along with a promotional poster.
No release date has been announced for the movie.
