Kenny Chesney to tour stadiums in 2020…
Luke Combs could break another record…
Kenny Chesney has just announced his Chillaxification 2020 tour to start April 18 in Arlington, Texas. Joining him for the 20 stadium-plus tour are Florida Georgia Line, Old Dominion, and more.
The tour is currently set to wrap on August 28 at Gillette Stadium and he will stop at Ohio Stadium in June.
Luke Combs is getting closer to tying one of country music’s biggest records.
Once again this week, Luke’s 2017 debut album, This One’s for You, is No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. The double-Platinum album has now spent 48 weeks at No. 1.
Only Shania Twain’s Come On Over has spent more time at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart- that would be for 50 weeks.
Will Luke break Shania’s chart record? Chances are good, but Luke looks to maybe stand in his own way with that fact that he is releasing his sophomore album on Nov. 8, along with albums coming out in the coming weeks from Jon Pardi, Brantley Gilbert, Chris Janson and Miranda Lambert. We shall see and we shall see Luke Combs when he headlines The Country Fest 2020 on June 20th!
