Dolly to go rock…
Eric Church talks Nashville bar…
Dolly Parton recently gave the details on her rock album.
The album will be called Rock Star and feature guest appearances by some actual rockers, covers of classic rock songs, including Prince’s “Purple Rain,” Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Free Bird,” Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven,” and The Rolling Stones’ “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” along with a few originals.
Rock Star will come out in the fall of 2023.
Dolly was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame last month.
Details are emerging about Chief — Eric Church’s entertainment venue on Lower Broadway in Nashville.
The six-story complex will feature a ticketed show space, a studio for live broadcasts, a barbeque restaurant and over three thousand concert posters from Eric’s career.
He says, “Like everything we do with our music, the same care and consideration has gone into every detail of this place. It will be unrivaled downtown. I can’t wait to play here.”
Chief will open in 2023.
