Maren Morris is headed to Los Angeles to write songs for her sophomore album.
Why go to L.A. instead of staying in Nashville?
Maren said, “When I go to L.A. to write, I’m in a different head space. Like, the Nashville writing rules don’t really apply to me as much in my head. It’s completely internal. It has nothing to do with Nashville. It’s me being here.”
No word on when a new album will be out.
Sugarland will be out on the road this spring and summer on their Still the Same tour.
They’ll hit 48 cities including Youngstown at the Covelli Centre on July 13th.
Brandy Clark and Clare Bowen will join them for the first part of the tour, and Frankie Ballard and Lindsay Ell will tour the later dates.
