The Country Music Hall of Fame announces its new class of inductees yesterday, Producer, songwriter and musician Tony Brown, – in the Non-performer, June Carter Cash – Veterans Era, and Kenny Chesney – Modern Era.
The official medallion ceremony for the new inductees will take place in October.
Trisha Yearwood received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame during International Women’s History Month yesterday. Several years ago Trisha made history when her self-titled debut became the first debut country album from a woman to sell a million copies.
Reba McEntire, Carly Pearce, Cody Alan and of course, Garth Brooks were on hand to speak about and celebrate Trisha.
