October is my wheelhouse month with it being Breast Cancer Awareness Month and that I drive a pink car! The month began with the WQMX 5Kay at Forever Fitness 24 in Akron. We raised over $7,000 for Bosom Buddies!!!!
Next, I traveled to Twin Oast Brewing to watch the Browns game on the big screen- outside! They won!
Then it was off the Hartville Marketplace for more gourds and pumpkins for my fall display, and I stopped in at Hartville Kitchen to get the Warren some sweets for Sweetest Day.
Then is was time for phase one of the Bosom Buddies pick up. I helped hand out goodies to those who donated and won. The Buckeyes are back! This weekend we had a few friends over to watch the return of the Ohio State Football! They won!!!
The last weekend of October was busy. I drove Ryan around and honked at him because he met his goal for the Real Men Wear Pink Campaign. Then, I it was off to Adult Trick-or-Treat with my sister and Larry with Little Birdie Wine Nest in Parma. Finally, it was Halloween. The Warren and I were Supermarket Sweep contestants!
